Hier diskutierten sie den Zusammenhang von Zitronens\u00e4ure und Zucker &#8211; schmeckt Zuckerware auch ohne Zitronens\u00e4ure &#8211; und wie entstehen Bonbons. Was sind E-Nummern und wo ist da die Chemie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie entstehen nun Bonbons und wie sollen sie aussehen? Diese Fragen wurden im experimentellen Teil des Kurses erforscht. Fest stand, Bonbons sollen bunt aussehen und gut schmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Interesse und die Experimentierfreudigkeit der Kinder waren so gro\u00df, dass eine Fortsetzung dieses Kurses im zweiten Semester von allen Teilnehmern festgelegt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Ing.
